Initial Discussion

We begin with a structured meeting (online or in person) to understand the client’s business model, operational requirements, accounting system in use, and reporting timelines.

Scope Definition

The scope of work is mutually agreed upon, including specific deliverables such as bookkeeping, compliance filings, MIS reporting, dashboards, or financial analysis.

Secure Access Setup

Clients either provide secure remote access to their accounting systems, have the required software installed on our systems with controlled permissions, or enable cloud/VPN access — all while ensuring complete confidentiality and data security.

Regular Reporting

Our team performs Management Reporting, Accounting, MIS, compliance filings, and agreed reporting on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis as per the agreed schedule

Periodic Review

We conduct monthly or quarterly review calls via Teams or Zoom to discuss reports, clarify queries, and plan improvements, while maintaining a UAE contact point for coordination ,inquiries, scheduled in person conversation.

All work is performed under strict confidentiality protocols, using secure cloud storage, restricted system access, and NDA-backed professionals.
